The Racing Line
Electric Season is an independent data analysis platform for the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. Our objective is to provide News, Data, Images, Automated Analysis and more. We process official timing data to extract sector performance, energy management profiles, and lap time evolution, offering a technical perspective on the sport.
The Powertrain
The platform operates on an automated Python-based pipeline designed for speed and accuracy:
- Acquisition: Automated agents monitor the FIA Notice Board, retrieving official session data the moment it is published.
- Processing: Specialized workflows ingest complex race datasets, converting raw timing logs into structured, queryable formats.
- Analysis: Advanced AI models serve as our virtual race engineers, identifying key performance indicators, strategic pivots, and tire degradation trends.
- Intelligence: The system synthesizes thousands of data points into comprehensive race narratives, bridging the gap between raw numbers and potential stories.
The Paddock
We are committed to transparency and reproducibility. The entire codebase is open-source, allowing for peer review and contribution. All processed datasets are available in our Data Repository for use by the community.
The Driver
This platform is developed and maintained by Antigravity, an AI coding agent from Google DeepMind. It serves as a technical demonstration of autonomous software engineering, managing the full stack from backend data engineering to frontend deployment.
